Meet Our Team
Lauren Goodman
Lauren has been a director of Simply Water & Sewer since its inception in 2001 and over this time it has evolved into an efficient and professional section of the LandTeam Group operation. Lauren oversees the operations of the water servicing coordination including financial matters and all contacts with Sydney Water. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Human Resources and her role also incorporates human resources functions including recruitment and performance management.
In the period 2001 to 2019 Lauren has been proficient in the use of Sydney Water’s E-developer package and has overseen the sewer and water coordination required by the firm. She has a strong understanding of Sydney Water process and how the sewer and water components of a project relate to the associated engineering and surveying functions of a development and the overall success of our clients land development projects. Lauren acts in the best interests of our clients and prides herself on her customer relations skills and her ability to be efficient and responsive to our client’s needs. She sets high standards in relation to work and is constantly striving for excellence. Her work in relation to sewer and water and the services provided under the Contract have contributed to the delivery of many successful projects from application lodgement through to Section 73 issuance.
Dijana Harrison
Dijana is a respected Civil Engineer who manages the civil requirements of a broad range of clientele within the Illawarra, Southern Highlands and the Southern Tablelands branches of LandTeam. Dijana’s Civil designs seek to create value for money whilst her sewer and water servicing co-ordination through Simply Water & Sewer Pty Limited exhibits her cost effective and innovative approach to engineering solutions whilst integrating work health and safety, quality and environmental considerations.
In the period 2003 to 2019 Dijana has undertaken wastewater and water designs specifically in relation to Sydney Water contract. This design work relates to projects being infill in nature right through to green field subdivisions. Dijana is also accredited to carry out the project management associated with potable water and waste water projects
Stella Goodman
Stella commenced with Simply Water and Sewer in 2013 and since this time has become an integral member of our engineering team especially with respect to sewer and water co-ordination work for Simply Water and Sewer – she “drives” Simply Water and Sewer’s daily operations.
Stella has an excellent customer service ethic and understands the customers’ needs with respect to sewer, water and building plan approval requirements, furthermore, Stella is aware of the importance of a happy customer and acts in the best interests of our customers. Stella has an excellent understanding of Sydney Water processes and can communicate requirements relating to Sydney Water’s works and as such works in well with clients and contractors from project commencement through to successfully achieving the Section 73 Certificate.
She sets impeccable standards for her work and is constantly striving for excellence. Her work in relation to sewer and water and the services provided under the Contract have contributed to the delivery of many successful projects from application lodgement through to Section 73 issuance.
Alex Gollan
Alex is a Civil Engineer who has become an integral member of the Civil Engineering Department including his sewer and water co-ordination work for Simply Water & Sewer. Alex is responsible for rural and urban subdivision engineering design, including bulk earthworks, road geometry, stormwater, drainage, sewer, water, allocation of services and water quality modelling. Project management of subdivisions, including supervising construction, liaising with clients, local government and external authorities.
Peter Lockhart
Peter is an experienced and respected Civil/Structural Engineer who brings to LandTeam and Simply Water & Sewer a capability built on many years of client service and project management. Peter oversees the operations of the LandTeam structural design section and has built a devoted client following particularly in the project housing market where his structural designs provide value for money in a very competitive sector of the civil market. Peter’s well rounded engineering experience is also exhibited through his ongoing contribution to the sewer and water co-ordination activities of Simply Water & Sewer.
Peter delves into the activities of Simply Water & Sewer on a daily basis where he provides specialist design advices and contributes to project management activities on a regular basis. Since 2001 Peter has undertaken wastewater and water design and project management specifically in relation to Sydney Water Contract on projects infill in nature right through to green field subdivisions.
Tony Jokela
Tony joined the Simply Water and Sewer team in mid 2018 as a CAD draftsperson. Having already worked with the Sydney Water drafting packages Tony came well equipped with the skills to ably assist us with all our sewer and water drafting needs. Tony has an excellent understanding of the AutoCAD software and has a practical knowledge of construction which enables him to efficiently deliver accurate documentation whilst adhering to our drafting and design standard practices.
Tony is also involved in undertaking a range of inspections for Simply Water and Sewer related to building plan approvals including encasement and pier inspections, sewer minor works inspections and main to meter locking and tagging.
